Subscriptions
At the start of your free trial, you are asked to provide credit card information to help ensure that you are able to access our resources when your trial ends. Your credit card will not be billed until the end of the trial period. You can cancel any time during the trial period by visiting your account settings.
By subscribing to ParentSeek’s educational resources, you agree to a reoccurring monthly subscription fee. After your 7-day free trial, Parkway Digital will automatically process your monthly subscription fee. Your monthly subscription fee will be processed each month until you cancel your subscription.
If an automatic payment is declined or returned, you will not be able to access your account with Parkway Digital. When balances accrue, website owners may take collection action. If such actions are necessary, you will be liable for any recovery fees charged by the collection agency.
Accounts
When you create an account with us, you must provide us information that is accurate, complete, and current at all times. Failure to do so constitutes a breach of the Terms, which may result in immediate termination of your account.
If you register for an account with our website, you will be asked to choose a user ID and password. Your user ID should not mislead and you must not use it in connection with the impersonation of any person.

Cancellation Policy
Cancel anytime by visiting your account settings and following the cancellation procedure outlined. Your cancellation will take effect for the next monthly billing cycle. You are not eligible for a refund for previously paid monthly subscription fees.
Termination
We may edit, suspend or terminate your account and/or access to our service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.
All provisions of the Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity and limitations of liability. Upon termination, your right to use the service will immediately cease.
If we cancel any services you have paid for and you have not breached the provisions of these Terms, you will be entitled to a refund of any amounts paid to us in respect of these services that were to be provided by us to you after the date of cancellation. We will provide notice of such cancellations.
Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of New York, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights. If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable by a court, the remaining provisions of these Terms will remain in effect. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between us regarding our Service, and supersede and replace any prior agreements we might have between us regarding the Service.

Digital Products
We do not issue refunds for digital products once the order is confirmed and the product is sent. We recommend contacting us for assistance if you experience any issues receiving or downloading our products.

Terms and Conditions Changes
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material we will try to provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
